The International Chili Society (ICS) has officially released the tournament schedule for the 2025 World Championship Chili Cook-Off (WCCC), taking place October 16–19 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center in Indianapolis. This four-day celebration of chili excellence will bring together top cooks from around the globe for one of the most prestigious food sport events in the world.
The 2025 schedule is packed with competition excitement, starting Thursday with the Grand Slam, followed by Friday’s full slate of Last Chance Qualifiers, Saturday’s Homestyle and Chili Verde Championships, and Sunday’s showdowns in Vegetarian, Traditional Red, and the Youth Division.
