Don’t’ miss this event for the whole family! Enjoy chili sampling and a cold drink while listening to live music. Suggested donations for sampling are $10 per adult and $5 for chilren 12 and under.  The proceeds of the Chili Cook-Off will go to The salvation Army Outdoors program. The Salvation Army Outdoors initiative provides opportunities for kids of all ages to learn new skills, explore creation, and experience exciting adventures. COOK DETAILS
• 10x10 space provided
• Cooks must bring their own supplies, including a fire extinguisher – tables and chairs to be provided
• Electricity will be provided

8:00am - 8:15am ALL cooks meeting

9:00am - 12:00pm Homestyle

10:00am - 2:00pm Chili Verde

12:00pm - 2:00pm Veggie

12:30pm - 3:30pm Traditional Red

1:00pm - 4:00pm People’s Choice Tasting

COMPETITION ENTRY

You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.


ALL CONTESTANTS must prepare two gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC).

*Contestants may prepare three gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC) to waive entry fee in ONE category.

*Contestants may prepare four gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC) to waive entry fee in ALL categories.
