Event Hours 10am – 6pm
$10 Chili Tasting from 12pm – 6pm

This event is all about family FUN! Enjoy several bands and various entertainment throughout the day, a Kid’s Zone with family-friendly activities, numerous food trucks and local arts & craft vendors. And don’t forget… amazing chili sampling!

COOK DETAILS
• 10x10 space provided
• Cooks must bring their own canopy/tent, table & chairs and supplies.
• No electricity provided
Registration deadline is August 1
• Your PC chili will be verified on site. Any cooks not complying with the requirement will be disqualified, forfeit their entry fees and not be eligible for any prizes.
• Best Booth offers big prize money… so DECORATE your booth!

12pm - Chili sampling begins
1pm - Veggie turn in
1pm - Chili Verde turn in
3pm - Homestyle turn in
4pm - Red Chili turn in


COMPETITION ENTRY
You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.

ALL Contestants must prepare two gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC).
