COOK DETAILS
10 x 10 tent space, 2 tables and 2 chairs are provided - Like a mini World Championship!

The venue is 20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque on I-40.

These cook-offs consistently have over 20 Red chili cooks in addition to Verde and Salsa always qualifying. This gives you SIX chances to qualify for the World Championship in St. Louis, Missouri (Sept 28th -30th).

Prize money is good! Everyone you talk to that has been to these cook-offs, has fully enjoyed themselves and has had a fantastic time at the Casino and cook-offs.

HOTEL
Rooms at the Casino Hotel are $66 per night for cooks and/or judges. All rooms are updated and include a refrigerator. The Casino also gives out discount food vouchers for the buffet and very nice "goody bag” gifts!

Their new RV Park Resort, behind the Casino, is $10-off per night for cooks ($35 Standard, $45 Luxury Space).

COMPETITION ENTRY
You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.

All contestants must prepare THREE gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC).
