Event Hours 11am – 7pm
Chili Tasting from 11am – 3:30pm
$5 Tasting Kit gets you 12 2oz samples!

We’re back for a jam-packed event! In addition to the best chili around we’ll have live music (3 bands AND an emcee!), a beer/wine/cocktail garden, artisan vendor marketplace and a Kids Zone play area presented by Bear Valley Farms!

Music Schedule
- 12:30 PM - Born Country
- 2:00 PM - The Blue Henry’s
- 3:30 pm - I See Hawks in L.A.

COOK DETAILS
There is a designated area for cooks to set-up. It is paved and flat.

Entry into the competition includes a 10' x 10' space; multiple category contestants shall receive only one 10' x 10' space.

Space will not include power or water. One purchase per team.

In lieu of monetary entry fee, all CHILI contestants must prepare 3 gallons of PC.

Total prize purse of $4,000!!

COMPETITION ENTRY
You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, Salsa, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer.

All chili contestants must prepare THREE gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC).


TRADITIONAL RED
Entry Fee: 3 gallons PC
