1996 -Sintavo Salsa

12-14 roma Tomatoes (or one 15oz can Hunts Stewed Tomatoes)
2 Bunches green onions
1 Lg. white onion
1 Lg. bunch cilantro
4-5 Fresh Serrano Chilies
Juice of 1 lime
Garlic salt (lots)
1 Ripe avocado (diced evenly)
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of Tobasco Jalapeno Sauce


Finely chop first 6 ingredients.

You can put this together real easy in one of those mini food processors or just do it the old fashioned way...chop and mix!

Add last 4 ingredients, heavy on the garlic salt.

Serve with original Premium Salting crackers.

Yield: 2 pints.
