Ingredients
3 Long Green Anaheim Peppers
Use pepper & seeds (take out seed pod)
2 Fresh Yellow Peppers (remove seeds) & mince
6 or more medium tomatoes
1-2 Medium red onions
2 Green onions
1 Clove garlic (minced)
Chop and mix all of above
Add:
1 Tbs Rice Vinegar
1 Tbs Fresh Lime Juice
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Olive Oil
1/4 to 1/2 cup Minced fresh cilantro leaves
Salt to taste
Instructions
Chop and mix peppers, tomatoes, onions and garlic.
Add other ingredients.
