2009 -Coyote Chili Co. Hoosegow Salsa

8 roma tomatoes diced
1/2 Oso sweet onion cut fine
1/2 bunch of cilantro cut fine
4 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 yellow bell pepper cut fine
1/2 orange bell pepper cut fine
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
3 oz. Baja Mariner Tomato Rica sauce
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cumin
juice of 1 lime
2 jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped fine
1 serrano pepper seeded and chopped fine
4 habanero peppers (mild) seeded and chopped fine


No cooking required.

Blend all of the above ingredients except the last 3 hot peppers in a large bowl.

In smaller bowl mix jalapeno, serrano and habanero peppers together and then add slowly to salsa to get the desired heat.

Chill and serve
