Ingredients
36 oz Impossible Burger
2 red bell peppers (diced)
1 spanish onion (diced)
2 pablano peppers (diced)
2 jalepenos (diced)
16 oz veg broth
1 70z can tomato sauce
1 14 oz can Rotel Diced Tomatoes
2 cans Bush’s Red Chili Beans
1 sweet potato (cubed)
1 lime
½ c cilantro (chopped)
1t veg oil
Dump 1:
1t Mild Bills San Antonio Original
1t Pendreys Chili Magic
1t Mild Bills Pacific Beauty Paprika
1t garlic powder
1t onion powder
Dump 2:
1t Mild Bills San Antonio Original
2t Pendreys Chili Magic
1 pack Sazon Goya
1t Mild Bills Cumin
1t garlic powder
Dump 3:
1t Mild Bills San Antonio Red
1t Pendery's Chili Magic
1t Mild Bills Cumin
1/2t brown sugar
Instructions
In cook pot add 8oz veg broth, tomato sauce, diced onions and peppers and dump 1. Bring to boil.
Cook “meats” with oil in sauté pan, drain and add to cook pot.
Simmer 1 hour.
Add dump 2 and diced tomatoes, continue to simmer.
In sauté pan cook sweet potatoes in oil till al dente, finish with lime juice and add to cook pot with dump 3.
Simmer 20 minutes, add beans and cilantro adding more broth if needed.
Adjust heat and salt
