Event Hours 10:30am - 5pm
Chili Tasting 12pm – 3pm one fee will include all you can eat

Join us for a day of chili tasting with your family! This event is part of the Fly In Day at the Airport which includes a Car Show, Aviation Career Day and food trucks.

You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.

• 10x10 space provided.
• Cooks must bring their own canopy/tent, table & chairs and supplies.
• Water available

You can arrive on site as early as 6:30am. Map will be provided to cooks. NO DOGS; airport rule. 

PRIZE STRUCTURE FOR EACH CATEGORY:

no entry fee for any category

      a trophy and spot at the WCCC will be offered to the winner 

 

 

determined by the number of cooks

ALL CONTESTANTS must prepare TWO gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC).

Please note that the # of gallons of PC is per cook not per category
