Get ready to spice things up in the heart of Tennessee whiskey country! The It’s Still Chili Cook-Off is firing up again on May 1-2, 2027, as part of the beloved Spring in the Hollow celebration in Lynchburg, Tennessee.
This Chili Cook-Off isn’t just for bragging rights—it’s an official International Chili Society (ICS) sanctioned event, welcoming serious chili heads, backyard legends, and rising young cooks alike. Whether you’re simmering a classic red, stirring up a homestyle favorite, or throwing down in one of our specialty divisions, this cook-off is your chance to bring the heat.
Set against the springtime charm of Lynchburg, surrounded by good vibes, local flavor, and the traditions of Spring in the Hollow, this cook-off is shaping up to be a must-enter, must-attend event.
You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.
• 10x10 space provided.
• Cooks must bring their own canopy/tent, table & chairs and supplies.
