Chili Tasting from 11am – 3pm

Come on out and enjoy a day filled with entertainment for the young and old.  There is no admission fee.  They'll be chili cooks vying for the win that will qualify them for the WCCC.  People's Choice chili sampling is $10 and includes a cup, spoon, napkin and 8 tokens.  Food and drinks available for purchase. 

THIS EVENT IS A QUALIFIER FOR 2027!

You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.

• 10x10 space provided. Parking is close to cook-off area

• A tent, table/s, chairs are provided! It will be set up and ready for each cook.

• No electricity provided 

Hot water available on site

Security on site Saturday night 

ALL CONTESTANTS must prepare TWO gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC).

Please note that the # of gallons of PC is per cook, not per category.
