$10 unlimited Chili Tasting from 4pm – 6:30pm

Come on out to this 2-day event and support the charity, Refreshing Young Men!  Bring your friends and family for a great time! There will be food trucks plus arts and crafts vendors. Chili heads from around the country will be competing for a spot at the World Championship Chili Cook-off. Chat with the cooks and even sample the PC chili. And don’t forget to vote for your favorite one!

You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.

• 10x10 paved space provided
• Cooks must bring their own canopy/tent, table & chairs and supplies
• Very limited electricity available

cooking begins at 1pm after the 12:30pm cooks meeting  

ALL CONTESTANTS must prepare TWO gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC).

Please note that the # of gallons of PC is per cook, not per category.
