Join us at the Shelby FOP Lodge #84 for 2 days of chili competition and sampling – rain or shine. For your $5 admission fee you will get unlimited chili samples (until gone).Let's help raise some funds for the charities they support.  

You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.

• Cooks gathering on Friday evening at the FOP.  
• Set-up available Friday morning no earlier than 7am.  Food available for purchase each day.  
• Inside venue - space provided
• Cooks must bring their own stove and supplies. Table and chairs provided. Bring extra table if needed
• Electricity provided
