The 41st Annual Taylorville Chillifest will take place on the historic Taylorville IL Square. This event, organized by the Greater Taylorville Chamber of Commerce, features 2 ICS Sanctioned Chili Cook-offs, 130+ vendor market, live entertainment, Pageants, and a FREE Kidzone.

Chili cooks from far and wide will compete for a spot at the WCCC next year!  Chili sampling will abound, so taste and vote for your favorite!

You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.

• 10x10 space provided on asphalt
• Cooks must bring their own canopy/tent (with weights or tie downs), table & chairs and supplies.  Early set-up after 5pm Friday night
• No electricity provided
• Back to Back with Central States Regional

Early set up on Friday evening AFTER 5pm and only in designated area

Awards will be held on the main stage on Saturday 10/3 at 4:30pm and Sunday, 10/4 @ 3:30pm

ALL CONTESTANTS must prepare ONE gallon of People’s Choice chili (PC).

Please note that the # of gallons of PC is per contestant, not per category.
