Come spend the day with family and friends—there’s something for everyone!
Enjoy all-day entertainment with DJ Gregg Owens and live music in the afternoon. Try your luck in the 50/50 or basket raffle, grab a beer or water, check out event apparel, and, of course, sample some delicious chili!
For just $1, you’ll get four 2 oz cups of chili to taste. Feeling competitive? Enter the cook-off for a shot at 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place. And don’t forget the Showmanship competition—a $100 prize and trophy are up for grabs! Pick a theme, decorate your booth, and dress the part to impress the judges.
You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.
• 10x10 space provided under large tent (40' by 80' tent), 8' table with 2 chairs provided for cooks, water
• Cooks must bring their own supplies – table and chairs provided.
• No electricity provided
The Showmanship Award ($100 & trophy) is a highlight of the event! Please be creative, have fun with your theme, decorate your booth, and dress the part!

ALL Contestants must prepare FOUR gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC) in addition to entry fee.
