Join the fun at the largest Chili Festival in the Charlotte Metro area. Sample over 50 different chili recipes while enjoying live music, cornhole competition, craft beer, vintage cars, and food trucks. Be a spectator or contestant in our third annual "Hot Shots" hot sauce tasting competition.  Attendee parking and admission are FREE!

 

You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e., Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (Jessica) for more information.

• Cooks must bring their own canopy/tent, table & chairs, and supplies. (We have tents and gear to loan to cooks traveling by air – if interested, contact Jessica to make arrangements. )

• No electricity/running water provided

• Every cook team handing out chili will be automatically entered into our People’s Choice competition, and the winner will receive a banner & a cash prize  

Please note that there will be no electricity or running water available, so please plan accordingly. 

Set up once, cook twice at this 2-day event. Site secured Fri & Sat nights. Sunday's cook-off is a Cooks Only event, no PC. 

All contestants must prepare TWO gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC).

Please note that the # of gallons of PC is per cook, not per category.
