Newport VFW 8986 Chili Cook-off

Event Hours 12 noon – 5pm
Chili Tasting from 12 noon until gone

A fun filled day of chili sampling ($10 gets you a taste of them all)) and music! Beverages will be available for purchase. Stay a little after the cookoff for the evening festivities which includes a DJ and some Kentucky Derby celebration.

You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.

• Cooks dinner/party at the VFW on Friday, May 1st at 5:30pm
• 12x12 space provided
• Cooks must bring their own canopy/tent, table & chairs and supplies
• No electricity provided

 

ALL CONTESTANTS must prepare ONE gallon of People’s Choice chili (PC)
