Samples tickets are $1 a piece or 30 tickets for $25

Join us on Saturday, September 12, 2026 as Clendenin will host its 6th Chili Cook-Off and Beer and Wine Festival! There will be live music, a kid’s zone, arts and craft vendors, Beer and Wine, and chili sampling. There are lots of restaurants in the area, too! Money raised from the event will help the Town of Clendenin in a variety of ways. We hope to see you there!

Event is open to the public with free general admission; 5K Walk/Run with admission; complimentary Kids Area; free live music; Arts/Crafts Vendors. 

THIS EVENT IS A QUALIFYING ONE FOR 2026 SEASON

You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.

• 10x10 tent provided (or 20x20 tent with 2 cook spaces per tent)
• Table and 2 chairs provided
• Cooks must bring their own supplies
• Bathrooms and wash stations on site
• No electricity provided 

Cooks schedule, gifts/award information will be posted on website and emailed to cooks after signing up  

 

ALL CONTESTANTS must prepare TWO gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC).

Note the number of gallons of PC is per cook, not per category
