You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.
• 10x10 space provided.
• Cooks must bring their own canopy/tent, table & chairs. You will need to bring all your cooking supplies.
• No electricity provided.
Trophies will be given to first through third places in addition to prize money
All ICS rules are in effect, and latex gloves or equivalent are to be while preparing food items. Standard cooking stoves are the norm. No permits are required by the city of Claremore to compete.
RV parking available on site. $40/night. Full hook-ups, 50A electric service. Call Terry at (917) 456-6821 to reserve.

All contestants must prepare TWO gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC) in addition to entry fees or FOUR gallons in lieu of all entry fees.
