$10 Chili Tasting from 4:15pm – 5pm [or until chili is gone]
Enjoy a day at the festival where you will find something for everyone. Activities include live music on 3 stages (national, regional and local artists), an Antique Tractor Show, Car & Motorcycle Show, Kiddie Korral, Festival Market, and Food Vendors. General Admission is free, and reserved seating can be purchased for $55 each. Of course, they'll be lots of chili sampling! At the end of your sampling, don’t forget to vote for your favorite chili!

You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.
• 10x10 space provided on concrete – no stakes allowed in concrete
• Cooks must bring their own canopy/tent, table & chairs and supplies
• No electricity provided

Turn-in Verde 3:30pm
Homestyle 3:45pm

Awards Ceremony at 6pm
If contestant enters Red & Homestyle and wishes to cook in Verde...entry fee for Verde will only be $10
ALL CONTESTANTS must prepare TWO gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC).
Please note that the # of gallons of PC is per cook, not per category.
