Event Hours 11am – 9pm
Chili Tasting from 1pm – 3pm

Get ready for a day of flavor and fun, and help support the charities - local fire, ambulance, and first responders! The local fire companies and first responders will be available for the event with vehicles to offer a "touch a truck" event for families.

For $15 you get a chance to taste all the chilis. And don't forget to vote for your favorite chili at the end of the day!

You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.

• 10x10 space provided 
• Cooks must bring their own canopy/tent, table & chairs and supplies
• No electricity provided 

Cook times:

9am-12pm (Homestyle)

10am-1pm(Verde)

11am-2pm (Red)

Awards to be held directly after last judging.

 

ALL CONTESTANTS must prepare TWO gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC).

Please note that the # of gallons of PC is per cook, not per category.
