Event Hours 11am – 5pm
Chili Tasting from 11am - 3pm

Bring your family to Chapman Crafted and enjoy a day filled with fun for all. Chili cooks from far and wide will compete for a spot at the WCCC next year!  Chili sampling will abound, so taste and vote for your favorite! Taste 5 samples for $10.  There will be food trucks, live music, artisan vendors, beers provided by Chapman Crafted and fun family friendly events.

COOK DETAILS

You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.

• 10x10 space provided on asphalt
• Cooks must bring their own canopy/tent, table & chairs and supplies.  Your canopy must have fire certificate on cover and the legs must have 40# weights on each
• No electricity provided
• You'll be able to drive up close to site and drop off your supplies

First Time Cook award:

Traditional Red, Homestyle, Chili Verde: $100 per category

PEOPLE'S CHOICE

ALL CONTESTANTS must prepare TWO gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC).
