$10 Chili Tasting from 11am– 3pm
Join us for a day of chili sampling from cooks who come from far and wide. Food will available and vendors will be present. For $10 you can sample 10 different chilis - and don't forget to vote for your favorite one before you leave!
THIS EVENT IS A QUALIFIER FOR THE 2026 SEASON!
You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.
• 10x10 space provided
• Cooks may request canopy/tent, table & chairs (request in advance). Cook must bring own supplies.
• People’s Choice – 1st place - $250
• Limited power supply available (request in advance)

homestyle turn in - 11am
verdeturn in - 12noon
traditional red turn in - 2pm
Contestants may prepare FOUR gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC) to waive entry fee in ALL categories.
please note that the # of gallons of PC is per cook not per category
