Chili Tasting ($1 each) from 11am – 5pm
Come and enjoy a day of entertainment for the whole family! There will be carnival attractions, a family fun zone, commercial vendors/craft booths and wine/beer booths. There will also be plenty of chili to sample, so come early, taste and vote for your favorite.
THIS EVENT IS A 2026 QUALIFIER!
You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.
• 8’x8’ space with sides provided
• Cooks must bring their own table & chairs and supplies. Requests for table and chairs must be made at initial registration.
• Tasting spoons, cups and napkins provided
• No electricity provided. Requests can be made at initial registration.
• Chili Cook walk-ins are not permitted without prior approval pending space availability
• Cooks must attend cook’s meeting at judges booth for any updates
• Entry fee is the PC requirement
Must follow any local health regulations.

People's Choice: 1st - $700, 2nd - $500, 3rd - $400
Judge's Choice: 1st - $500, 2nd - $400, 3rd - $300
Last Call Chili: 1st - $600, 2nd - $400, 3rd - $300
Restaurant: Plaque for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
ALL CONTESTANTS must prepare FOUR gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC) in lieu of entry fee.
Please note that the # of gallons of PC is per cook not per category.
