Event Hours 9:30am – 3pm
$10 Chili Tasting 10am – 2:30pm

Join us for a day of chili tasting. Cooks come from far and wide so they'll be lots of chili to sample and then vote for. A strolling musician will keep you entertained. Water, soft drinks and a food truck will be onsite.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT IS A QUALIFIER FOR THE 2026 SEASON! 

You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.

• 10x10 paved space provided.
• Cooks must bring their own canopy/tent, table & chairs and supplies. Tents must have weights and it's recommended you have walls for them with you.
• No electricity or water on site.
• 1 cook in each tent must have a Food Handlers Certificate – contact Paul for details

PLEASE NOTE: you must register early so that we can complete the Health Dept paperwork 

 

PEOPLE'S CHOICE

All contestants must prepare TWO gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC).

Please note that the # of gallons is per cook not per category.
