2003 -Chillie Willie's Chili - Salsa

The 2003 Champ, Judy Omerza, hails from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. When she claimed the prize for her Chillie Willie’s Chili Salsa, Omerza earned the distinction of being the winner furthest from their home! (And despite its name, the dish is decidedly a salsa and not a chili!)
Ingredients
1 medium vidalia onion1 medium white onion
2 large anaheim peppers
2 jalapeno peppers
2 habaneros
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1 lemon
1 large bunch of cilantro
1 pint of cherry tomatoes
1 pint of grape tomatoes
2 vine tomatoes
1 small turnip
salt and cumin to taste
Instructions
Chop all ingredients except the lime and lemon juices.Combine all ingredients and season with salt and cumin.
