Description
fire extinguishers are a MUST this year.

If cooking in all 3 categories the fee will be $65. All entry fees (red, salsa, verde) will be waived for 3 gallons of PC.... what a bargain!
2 gallons of PC for red and an additional gallon gets all other fees waived.

Non-ICS People's Choice will have no fee as long as they provide a minimum of 3 gallons
