1. All Chili entrants must provide at least 1 gallon of "peoples choice" chili (i.e., with beans) for public give away at 3:00 pm. (Beans can be added at turn in).
2. All Salsa entrants must provide 1 quart of salsa for pubic give away.
3. Tables are provided. You may have to share an 8' long table.
4. The Cook-Off takes place at the Bergner's End of Hickory Point Mall in Forsyth, IL, and is back to back with Winterfreeze in Springfield, IL
