General Cookoff Information
1) All Chili entrants must provide at least 1 gallon of “peoples choice” (ie with beans) chili for public give away. (Beans can be added at turn in). All Salsa entrants must provide 1 quart of salsa for public give away.

2) Health department requirements: Please bring a receipt for your meat, and wear a hat.

3) The KC kitchen will be open this year for breakfast and lunch.

5) Mail entry fees to: Larry Eastep at the address below

6) apply early- entries are limited so reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of entry fee- even if you've sent an electronic or hard copy application. Don't be shut out!
